The Nordics have been good to Scott. Defence wins with Saab and Nammo, offshore with Survitec, and heavy industry with Boliden. Plus the Scandinavian OEM business he built from zero earlier in his career.
The Nordics have been good to Scott. A $650K defence contract with Saab in Sweden and a $500K defence contract with Nammo in Norway, both won through complex multi stage tenders where technical alignment and commercial negotiation ran in parallel.
A $150K offshore project with Survitec in Norway, and a £250K safety project with Boliden Odda, a zinc and metals manufacturing site. Heavy industry, strict standards, the supplier who knows the standards wins.
Earlier in his career Scott opened Scandinavia from nothing for Gilkes, winning long term pump supply positions with Scania and Volvo after engineering a solution their existing supplier could not deliver. The region has rewarded that groundwork ever since.
