Venti Red FZ-LLC provides commercial sales consultancy services including the Ground Truth, the Commercial Launchpad, and the Fractional Commercial Director retainer. All engagements are governed by individual service agreements.
The Ground Truth is a paid strategy call booked with a 250 US dollar deposit. The deposit is credited in full against the Commercial Launchpad or the Fractional retainer if you proceed within 90 days, and refunded if Venti Red decides it is not the right fit. It is retained only where a booked call is missed without notice.
All client information is treated as confidential. Venti Red FZ-LLC does not share client-specific commercial information with third parties without explicit written consent.
Venti Red FZ-LLC provides commercial intelligence and execution services based on experience and current market knowledge. We cannot guarantee specific commercial outcomes. Liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant engagement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
