Industrial procurement cycles run 6 to 18 months for major contracts, whether you are entering the Gulf, Europe or North America. With the right commercial infrastructure from day one, EPC contractor access, a qualified distributor and specification influence, the Venti Red model typically delivers first qualified tenders in 60 to 90 days and first contract awards within 12 to 18 months. Anyone promising faster is either selling commodity volume or being unrealistic about how specification-led procurement works.

The Fractional model is priced as a monthly retainer, scoped based on your target market, the complexity of the sales cycle, and the expected bid volume. Yes. If you proceed to the Commercial Launchpad or the Fractional engagement within 90 days of the Diagnostic delivery, the $197 is credited in full. The Diagnostic is designed to qualify the engagement, not to generate advisory fee income.
This is actually where we do some of our most valuable work. If you've been in market for 12–18 months without converting pipeline to contracts, the Diagnostic will tell you exactly what went wrong and what the path forward looks like. Most commercial failures in a new market are fixable. They're systemic problems with commercial architecture, not product or relationship problems.
The Launchpad is a 90-day fixed-scope build with defined deliverables. The Fractional Director is an ongoing monthly retained engagement where we own the pipeline, attend meetings in-region, manage relationships, submit tenders, and report to your board monthly. Most clients do the Launchpad first to build the commercial system, then move to Fractional to run and scale it.
