Scott brings over three decades of experience in strategic sales, business development, and project consulting across sectors like Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Safety Equipment.

What sets Scott apart is his ability to translate complex technical offerings into compelling commercial outcomes — all while navigating the nuances of long project lifecycles, stakeholder dynamics, and technical buyer objections.

Before founding Venti-Red, Scott held senior roles in sales and project delivery. He saw first-hand how fragmented the sales process could become in technical industries. This inspired him to build a consultancy that doesn’t just advise — it manages the entire sales process with the structure and foresight of a seasoned project manager.
